Our Union contract, or “Collective Bargaining Agreement” (CBA), is a legal document that lays out our rights and benefits as student-workers at the University of California. Union members elected representatives to negotiate this contract with the university and voted to ratify it in December 2022. It lays out our rights and gives us an avenue to seek redress from the administration if we face any issues related to our working lives. If you have any questions about the contract, please contact a union official.
